Some of the more unseemly anti-Trump Democrats, including the bobble-head clown, Adam Schiff, are almost laughably threatening the President with impeachment if he should try to block their efforts to impeach him. That’s kind of an empty threat. So it’s just a question of when to have the fight rather than if he’s going to have to fight it. The sooner he does the less entrenched and armed his enemy, the America-hating left, will be, and the better his chances of winning.
It’s a fair assumption that if the Democrats choose to take the impeachment route it will be an effort by all of them, as they don’t act independently in their “party before nation” approach to politics. It’s also clear that they are not in the leadership, and it would likely be too politically toxic for Paul Ryan and other RINOs to publicly go along with what is their shared objective of eliminating the President. We Americans wouldn’t stand for it and they know it.
Mr. Balloonhead Schiff was joined in what has largely been his and Maxine Waters’ purview, by another California libtard trying to ride their subversion to national prominence. Rep Ted Lieu has been making the rounds of fake news propagandists lately, delivering the anti-Sessions, anti-Trump message. He told the commies at MSNBC on Friday that if the President fired Robert Mueller and Deputy AG Rod “Rodentstein” Rosenstein, they would bring impeachment proceedings.
Showing he’s either bluffing to shore up their collapsing house of impeachment cards, an idiot or a grandstanding political hack Lieu said, “All Americans, regardless of party, agree on the fundamental principle that no one is above the law, [except Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Hussein Obama, Loretta Lynch, Jeh Johnson, John Kerry and James Comey]. And if President Trump were to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, and then [get] special counsel Mueller fired, I believe Congress would begin impeachment proceedings.” That’s his belief, he claims, but being convinced of something doesn’t make it so. If it did, climate change wouldn’t be a hoax.
He must also believe that Paul Ryan would initiate those proceedings, and the still unseen, nonexistent crime President Trump is supposedly guilty of would rise to the standard of high crimes and misdemeanors. Firing a subversive Deputy AG is not a crime; firing any AG is not a crime. They serve at the pleasure of the President. Any allegations they might make of obstruction of justice fall flat. The investigation, the opportunity for “justice,” has proven no illegalities occurred. They don’t go on forever. It’s time for the witch hunt to end. If Rodentstein won’t do it someone else will.
Rep Adam “Shifty” Schiff (D-CA) chimed in with his own, similarly empty threats. He issued a statement saying, “Congress [Democrats and RINOs] will not allow the President to so egregiously overstep his authority. If President Trump were to try to replicate Nixon’s Saturday Night Massacre by firing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in addition to Mueller, Congress must unite to stop him–without respect to party, and for the sake of the nation.”
Schiff’s attempting to shame Republicans into supporting their effort to oust the duly elected President by claiming a duty irrespective of party? He’s the biggest anti-Trump partisan in DC, that’s almost funny.
In Tuesday testimony, “Rodentstein” Rosenstein said he would only fire Mueller under “lawful and appropriate orders” to prove Mueller’s firing is for a “good cause.” Apparently violating the Special Counsel statute by virtue of a severe conflict of interest Rodentstein created and Mueller loading the investigative staff with partisan Democrat donors doesn’t rise to the standard of “good cause” for the duplicitous Deputy AG. That’s even more evidence that he’s a political hack, and a subversive who should have been shown the door with the other 46 US Attorneys on March 10th. It’s not too late to correct that mistake. He should be given his walking papers now, along with Mueller.
