According to The British Dietetic Association (BDA) there are some celebrity diets that you should avoid because they are not healthy as they claim to be.
Those diets are:
1.Diet pills (not prescribed by a doctor)
‘’Diet pills’’is a diet that has been used by Kim Kardashian and she claimed that she used this diet when she wanted to lose weight.
What kind of diet is this? – According by some this diet suppresses appetite and it boosts the metabolism while others believe that the fat is not absorbed by your body. According to BDA this diet should not be taken before first consulting with a medical person like a doctor or pharmacist. Many weight loss medications can come along with dangerous side effects like diarrhea. Also many of them can contain dangerous substances that are not safe for consumption and that are actually proven to be fatal such as pesticides.
2.The 6:1 celebrity diet
The 6:1 diet which is used by the singer Chris Martin that is a member of the popular band Coldplay and he believes that this diet actually helped him to improve his voice and that it made him more creative.
What kind of diet is this? –Well it is a diet that for 6 days in a row you eat everything you want and for that one day in a week you will not eat anything at all. According to BDA because you are not going to eat anything for 24 hours there will be lack of concentration and also low mood and tiredness and this is not leading to making you more creative and productive. Not eating for 24 hours can be really risky for your health no matter of your age, health or the lifestyle you are having. 3. Green Juices
Green Juices is another type of diet that was used by Gwyneth Paltrow and Blake Lively.

But according to BDA the human body can detoxify without getting help of these juices and smoothies. And these green juices are not going to work if you have unhealthy and unbalanced diet. And even if after drinking these green juices you still have a meal after that you will actually gain even more weight than instead of losing it. 5. Clean eating
Clean eating is a diet that is being used by Jessica Alba and Miranda Kerr.
What kind of diet is this? It is a diet where you need to eliminate the processed foods from your diet and to pick up the natural foods. There are some cases where gluten, dairy and grains are also eliminated. According to BDA if you do not have a medically diagnosed intolerance or allergy to these foods you should not eliminate them completely from your diet because that can end up with having deficiencies in your diet.
